SHIPPING POLICY – Sleep Nest

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched to the shipping carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination:

  • Canada & United States: 2-3 weeks.
  • International: 3-4 weeks.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping on selected orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to become available.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier-related delays
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Weather conditions or high seasonal demand

Sleep Nest is not liable for such delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Sleep Nest will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Sleep Nest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping provider directly in such cases.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
